A sandy family friendly beach lined with palm trees provides the ideal setting for sandcastles and beach games for the young and young at heart. A great promenade with small grocery stores, trendy restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges lines the road behind the beach. With Palm trees ant the majesty of Table Mountain in the background you can often see the rich and fashionable mingle over sundowners in the late afternoon.

Facilities:

* Easy Access from the road
* parking is limited, you may need to park along one of the many side roads
* Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges, vendors also walk the beach
* Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rented (although expensive)
* Vendors also sell refreshments on the beach.
